Proposal deadline: January 31, 2018
The Organizing Committee will make decisions and send notifications by February 21.
Note the following dates and deadlines for symposium organization:
- 3/31 Confirm all invited speakers
- 5/30-6/13 Review contributed talk abstracts
- 6/13 Submit decisions on contributed abstracts
- 6/27 Confirm final event schedule
- 8/16 Chair your symposium
If you have a good idea for a symposium but are not able to meet the organizing deadlines or attend the User Meeting, please send email the Organizing Committee at mf-uec@lbl.gov
