Propose a symposium for the 2018 User Meeting

We are now accepting proposals for symposia at the 2018 User Meeting. If you have a good idea for a topic of interest to the user community and want to get involved, we want to hear from you!

Proposal deadline: January 31, 2018

The Organizing Committee will make decisions and send notifications by February 21.

Note the following dates and deadlines for symposium organization:

  • 3/31  Confirm all invited speakers
  • 5/30-6/13  Review contributed talk abstracts
  • 6/13  Submit decisions on contributed abstracts
  • 6/27  Confirm final event schedule
  • 8/16  Chair your symposium
