Tara Mishra is a postdoctoral scholar at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, working with Prof. Gerbrand Ceder. He completed his Ph.D. at the National University of Singapore, as part of the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology fellowship. His Ph.D. research focused on the atomistic characterization and computational modeling of III-V semiconductor LEDs on Si substrates. Currently, his research involves the structural characterization of energy materials using sophisticated electron and X-ray techniques, aiming to enhance the understanding and development of sustainable energy technologies.
