Gregory Su

Gregory Su is a postdoctoral fellow at the Advanced Light Source (ALS) at LBNL. His work focuses on using synchrotron X-ray methods to study the structure of soft materials such as polymers. He began as a user at both the ALS and the Foundry during his graduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition to work at the ALS, he performs complimentary calculations of X-ray absorption spectra with the the Theory of Nanostructured Materials Facility at the Foundry to help elucidate origins of structural and chemical changes. He hopes to bring viewpoints from these multiple user facilities to the Foundry community.
